4. What are your academic objectives for the school year?
5. What are child’s work habits?
6. May I see same work samples of my child?
7. How is my child doing socially?
8. How well has my child made the adjustment to kindergarten?
9. How well does my child behave?
10. How does my child relate to his/her peers? To adults?
11. Does my child accept responsibility?
12. How well does my child work independently.
13. Does my child need special help in any areas?
14. What can I do at home to help reinforce what you’re trying to accomplish at school?
