Referral Process

Student Referrals

·     Referral Forms for students are located on a table by the 
      Counselors' Bulletin Board.
·     Please have students complete the form and place it in the
      Counselors' Referral box.

Parent Referrals 

·      Parents can refer their own child for counseling.  Parents can   
       write a letter, fill out a referral form or call the counselor for
       the track that your child is on.

Teacher Referrals  

·     Referral Forms are located on Counselors' Bulletin Board.
·     The teacher will be asked to complete this form 
       when they request a meeting for one of their students to meet
       with the counselor.  The teacher will contact the parent to  
       let them know of this referral.
